Requirements
- Experience in the field of C&B for at least 4 years
- Systemic knowledge in the field of compensation and benefits
- Understanding of evaluation methodologies (KPI, competencies, etc.)
- Knowledge of labor law, regulatory and legislative acts in the field of labor organization, remuneration, and personnel management
- Developed analytical skills
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, diagrams)
- Experience in writing regulatory documents (orders, policies, procedures)
- Experience in process optimization and automation
- English language proficiency at Intermediate/Pre-Intermediate level
