Kymanox is seeking a Business Development Manager to create a strategic action plan, build new client relationships, and secure new projects for Facilities & Manufacturing services. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or science and 10-15+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the life sciences.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the life sciences
- Previous work experience with Engineering, Facility & Process Design, or Construction Firms
- Previous work experience selling Facility & Manufacturing Services
- Proven track record in developing new relationships & cross-selling current accounts
- Previous experience using Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Previous experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and customer presentation skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills as well as good written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership and willingness to learn
- Independent achiever focused on meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Proven ability to provide consultative sales
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills and a bias for action
