Senior Sterilization Engineer (part-time)

We are looking for a Senior Sterilization Engineer to work part-time as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or science and at least 7 years of experience in sterilization, sterile packaging, and/or microbiology. The candidate will be responsible for supporting customers in the development and validation of sterilization and disinfection processes, and will work alongside a cross-functional team to direct, advise, and/or execute sterilization process development and qualification activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sterilization, sterile packaging, and/or microbiology
• Direct experience in new process development and validation for at least two common sterilization methods
• Detailed familiarity with key ISO standards for sterilization
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and statistical software tools
