Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and effective Program Manager to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Business Management Support Services contract.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, journalism, communication, or a related field.
• Minimum experience: Three (3) years of program management experience working with DoD military and/or civilian customers.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and manage complex multi-task projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing mission and vision statements, operational plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with capital outlay planning and strategic goal prioritization.
