Job Description
The Grinder Operator is responsible for setting up and operating grinding and honing machines to achieve precise surface finishes and dimensional tolerances on components, supporting the manufacturing and finishing of precision oil & gas components.
Requirements
- Reading and interpreting work orders, job specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
- Frequent use of precision measurement tools.
- Operating honing equipment to achieve required prep and finish dimensions on ID/OD surfaces, holding tolerances of ±0.0002”–±0.0005”.
