Director, Patient Recruitment and Retention

Kymera Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Patient Recruitment and Retention to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of patient recruitment and retention initiatives across its clinical development portfolio in Immunology and Inflammation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in clinical trial enrollment strategy, site engagement, and vendor oversight, with a proven track record of success in leading patient recruitment strategies for global clinical trials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in clinical trial patient recruitment and retention, patient engagement, and/or clinical operations
• Demonstrated success leading patient recruitment strategies for global clinical trials
• Experience implementing successful recruitment strategies, leveraging digital outreach, real-world data sources, and/or decentralized trial approaches
• Experience managing cross-study enrollment planning in biotech or pharmaceutical organizations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams responsible for recruitment execution
• Strong knowledge of site engagement best practices and patient journey mapping
