Job Description
Kymera Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director, Clinical Outsourcing to lead negotiations of contracts, oversee the RFP process, and manage clinical contracts throughout the study lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in clinical outsourcing or a closely related clinical operations role
- Demonstrated track record of effective pricing and contract negotiations
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Clinical teams
- Excellent project management skills with a history of on-time delivery
