We are looking for experienced construction project managers for projects in the field of construction and renovation. Job description We are looking for construction project managers for new and renovation projects. Typical tasks include: Daily management and organization of the construction site Time management and monitoring Aliurakoitsijan and internal personnel guidance Monitoring of quality, safety, and costs Cooperation with clients, designers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction site project management
- Construction industry education (e.g. building master, engineer)
- Independent, accurate, and responsible work approach
- Good communication, management, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to construction sites
- Good command of Finnish, other language skills are a plus
