Household Carer (Days) position at KYN Hurlingham care home. Provide person-centred care to residents, support nurse and household care lead, and maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Experience working in Health and Social Care setting
- NVQ/QCF Diploma Level2/3 in Health and Social Care (ideal)
- Patient with ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Effective team player with professional and trusting relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and problem anticipation
- Ability to resolve complaints and manage incidents effectively
- Compassionate, empathetic, kind, and caring individual
