Field Reimbursement Manager, Rare Disease-South

The Field Reimbursement Manager is a regionally field-based position that provides reimbursement and access support for patients who have been prescribed a rare disease product. Reporting to the Director, Patient Access Solutions, he/she will work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and ancillary staff, as well as patients and caregivers of patients to prevent and address barriers to patient access and reimbursement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Market Access and/or Patient Services role, with extensive prior knowledge in patient access and reimbursement required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• 3+ years informal leadership experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry required
• Rare Disease and Specialty products experience preferred
• Ability to speak Spanish Preferred
• Highly Patient Focused
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
