Job Description
Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to join the Finance organization. The successful candidate will lead SEC reporting, technical accounting, SOX compliance, and operational accounting activities within a dynamic and rapidly evolving public biotechnology environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA license
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience serving SEC registrants within public accounting and/or accounting advisory environments
- Big Four or national public accounting firm experience strongly preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and public company compliance obligations
