Job Description
Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Training, Global Medical Affairs, to design and lead a comprehensive training strategy for Medical and Commercial field teams. The role requires developing training content, overseeing vendors, and ensuring compliance with FDA, EMA, and global standards. The ideal candidate has an advanced degree, 10+ years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, and experience in cell therapy and/or gene therapy.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (APN, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent)
- 10+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 5 years in Medical Affairs leadership or Medical Training roles
- Direct experience in cell therapy and/or gene therapy
- Neuroscience, neurology, and/or immunology experience
- Experience supporting launch of advanced therapies
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in advanced modalities
- Demonstrated ability to build infrastructure in clinical-stage or scaling biotech environments
- Excellent communication skills, cross-functional partnership, and the ability to manage complexity in fast-paced, resource-conscious environments
