Senior Executive Assistant

Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO and other C-level executives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth biotech environment and demonstrate exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives
• Experience supporting a CEO and/or executive leadership team in a public or clinical-stage biotech company
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
• Proven ability to anticipate executive needs
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and calendar management platforms
