Job Description
L.A. Care Health Plan is seeking a Learning Management System Specialist II to administer the SAP SuccessFactors LMS, ensure seamless system functionality, and provide user support and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Define system requirements, configuration, updates, maintenance, and auditing
- Coordinate the implementation and/or integration of Learning and Development (L&D) technologies, processes, and user documentation
- Train end users on systems, serve as a resource, and troubleshoot issues with business stakeholders
- Perform data entry, LMS ad hoc/monthly/periodic/metric reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Create custom reports from existing databases to meet client expectations
