Job Description
Director of R&D, Global, leads one of three R&D product and technology branches of L-Acoustics: Loudspeaker Systems. They oversee research, technology, and product development, and drive innovation and collaboration across the company.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the R&D strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives
- Establish and communicate a clear vision for R&D initiatives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Drive the end-to-end strategy for the R&D branch from long-term research strategies to short-term product development lifecycles
