Job Description
The Logistics and Industrial Planning Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating logistical activities related to production and procurement flows, leading an operational team, and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in engineering or master's degree, preferably in supply chain, production, or continuous improvement
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in logistics or production management
- Experience in process engineering or complex industrial environment is an asset
- Ability to work independently with rigour and method
- Good relational skills and ability to collaborate with operational teams
- Sense of responsibility and interest in security, quality, and environmental issues
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to propose concrete improvements
- Fluency in French and good professional English; knowledge of another European language is an asset
- Good mastery of office tools; knowledge of an ERP is appreciated
- Team management and leadership skills
