L&H Companies is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join their team, collaborating with the Project Management Team on corporate procedure documentation and supporting projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Construction Management
- 1+ years of project coordinator or project management experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Permitting and Code research experience
- Proficiency with Gantt chart creation and/or project timelines
