3+ years of experience in CNC programming, CAD drafting, or metal fabrication. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MasterCAM). Experience operating CNC equipment

High school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, basic knowledge of hand tools and shop equipment, and attention to detail
