General Labor (Shop Hand)

The General Labor position supports the metal fabrication team by performing a variety of tasks, including assisting fabricators, preparing surfaces, transporting materials, cleaning, and other general shop duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and shop equipment
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tasks
• Prior experience in a fabrication shop or construction environment is preferred but not required
