Job Description
The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safe work practices, and the effective execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing; corrugated converting preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven experience improving reliability metrics (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, etc.).
- Demonstrated success developing technicians and building strong teams.
- Experience with CMMS, PM optimization, RCA methodologies, and CI tools.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
