Job Description
L+M Development Partners is seeking an Intern Energy & Sustainability to support the operationalization of energy and sustainability data to support ESG reporting activities, portfolio analysis, initiative development, and other sustainability activities.
Requirements
- Support the collection of building typology and energy consumption data
- Conduct site visits at L+M properties
- Integrate and organize data to support the onboarding of an energy data platform
- Perform data quality checks
- Analyze and investigate site data
- Create and maintain internal documentation of team processes and activities
