Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator role at L+M Development Partners, a full-service real estate development firm. The successful candidate will process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 200 non-exempt employees and ensure accurate and timely processing of Union payroll. The role requires extensive experience processing payroll, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience processing payroll
• Experience processing Union payrolls, specifically 32bj, preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent problem solving/judgment skills along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability meet deadlines while handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically with Excel
