Job Description
La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain medical records, ensure confidentiality, and provide effective customer service to patients. Excellent communications skills, bilingualism, and attention to detail are required.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent and/or completion of a medical terminology course.
- One-year experience in a records department preferred.
- Ability to work in high stress environment
