Job Description
La Clinica de Familia is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to provide case management services to TFC clients and support TFC parents in implementing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and prioritize work effectively.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or another human-services field
- 2 years' experience with this population
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
- Exemplary organizational skills
