Job Description
The User Support Technician responds to immediate user support needs in regard to hardware and software installation and trouble-shooting, basic operating system and applications training, and network systems administration.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all employees and department needs.
- Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well with customers and vendors.
- Knowledgeable with industry standards and best practices for end user hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software.
- Critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain relevant skill sets and adapt to the ever-changing field of technology.
- Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment is required
- Strong oral and written communication skill
- Ability to be well-organized
- Ability to use analytical skills effectively.
- Bilingual / Spanish desirable.
