Job Description
The LA Clippers are looking to hire an Experimentation Analytics Lead to design, analyze, and govern experiments that drive business decisions across fan engagement, ticketing, and revenue programs.
Requirements
- Design experiments across fan lifecycle, ticketing, and personalization
- Analyze experiment results using statistical methods
- Synthesize results into clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Develop measurement frameworks for incrementality and lift on initiatives
- Establish and maintain experimentation standards across the organization
