Manager, Infrastructure

The LA Clippers are seeking an experienced hands-on Manager of Infrastructure to lead the day-to-day operation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise and venue technology across the organization.

Requirements

• Architect, maintain, and troubleshoot the Cisco enterprise network environment (routing, switching, wireless, and security)
• Manage and operate the organization’s Microsoft Azure environment
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration
• Maintain cloud governance practices and support cost optimization efforts
• Oversee identity and access management (IAM) strategies using Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
• Work closely with infrastructure vendors to support day-to-day operations and resolve issues
• Coordinate with partners during events to ensure connectivity and performance expectations are met
• Implement and manage comprehensive network and platform monitoring solutions
• Own and maintain enterprise backup and data protection strategies
• Work closely with the DevOps team to support infrastructure needs for applications and services
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers
• Maintain and uphold infrastructure policies, standards, and best practices across the team
• Provide hands-on infrastructure support for games, concerts, and live events
