Job Description
YOUTH WINS TOBACCO CHECKER La Crosse County is hiring youth ages 16-17 to perform duties for a temporary period of time working one day per week, with flexible hours to work around school and extra-curricular activities. Employees will conduct tobacco compliance checks to area retailers in La Crosse, Monroe, and Jackson Counties, under the supervision of the Wisconsin WINS coordinator.
Requirements
- Must be 16 to 17 years old
- Must not smoke or use any tobacco products
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Requires Wisconsin WINS youth training upon acceptance of hire
