Lived experience, certification, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are required

Must be 16-17 years old, must not smoke, and must complete Wisconsin WINS youth training

Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of leadership experience, valid driver's license, and background check

The Resident Care Assistant must have experience in resident care, a valid driver's license, and a high school degree

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work, minimum of one year of experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use, and certification by the State of Wisconsin as a Social Worker

The Human Services Assistant Fiscal Manager role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in fiscal operations or business analysis, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred

Good character, successful background check, and excellent oral communication skills

Leadership experience, staff supervision, and program management within human services or a related area required

Ability to read menu modifications, diet cards and serve food in proper consistency

1+ year of experience as a Resident Care Assistant in a Residential Care Apartment Complex or Community Based Residential Facility and ability to work effectively with individuals with dementia, mental illness, or developmental disabilities
