Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician II will undertake, support, and oversee repairs and preventative maintenance activities for the building's interior and exterior, as well as its infrastructure and equipment. The position will also be active in projects that range from administrative organizational projects to minor tenant improvement construction management projects.
Requirements
- Assist in the continued operation, maintenance and repair of the central plant's electrical, mechanical, structural, and control systems
- Timely and efficiently address work order requests for general maintenance tasks
- Engage directly with Operations, EH&S, and other administrative groups to effectively plan and schedule various projects
