Job Description
La Mutuelle Générale is recruiting a Chargé(e) de missions on a permanent contract. The role involves coordinating activities, leading transversal projects, and animating teams at the BROCA Center in Paris.
Requirements
- Master (Bac+5) – healthcare facility management, management of medical-social organizations, business school, engineer, or equivalent
- Knowledge of the healthcare / medical-social / ESS sector is essential
- Operational experience in the medical-social or health sector
- Strong organizational and structuring capacity
- Appetite for team management
- Excellent Excel mastery (dashboards, TCD, analyses)
- Written accuracy
- Autonomy, adaptability, and polyvalence
- Sense of collective and excellent relationships
