Quality Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist to join our Quality Team at Swiss Cosmetics Production (SCP) to drive continuous product quality improvement and manage new product developments from a Quality perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a comparable scientific/technical field
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a comparable production or manufacturing environment
• Excellent supervisory and delegation skills
• Strong skills in statistical analysis, risk assessments and problem-solving techniques
