As a South Area Manager for La Prairie and Chantecaille, you will lead and grow two luxury skincare and prestige cosmetics brands across the South of the United Kingdom, overseeing a team of 42 team members and delivering annual sales targets through strategic leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager in a Beauty Brand
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to drive retail growth and develop business plans
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of retail dashboards, QlikView, Syreta, and HR Essentials
• Ability to optimize absence management and ensure compliance with sales reporting data
