Travel Consultant East CH responsible for obtaining maximum possible sales results and supporting sales of La Prairie and Chantecaille products in a group of stores, providing 360 support and assets to the stores, and representing the brands and their values. The role involves building a loyal customer base, carrying out customer loyalty activities, and maintaining customer relationships. The Travel Consultant will also be responsible for providing competent and professional advice to customers, understanding customer needs, explaining and demonstrating products, and communicating brand history and values through storytelling.
Requirements
- Profound experience in the luxury cosmetic environment
- Language skills: German proficient and English – French and/or Italian a plus
- Flexible and acts calm during stressful situations
- Initiative, self-driven, curious, and ready to constantly learn and improve
- Winning attitude and personality with excellent manners that represent La Prairie and Chantecaille
- Highly willingness to travel national
- Self-confident and convincing appearance, strong negotiator
- Target and KPI driven
- Basic knowledge of technology and its use of digital CRM
