Requirements
- Identify the next steps in the agility roadmap
- Bring clarity, alignment, and visibility to our agile way of being
- Support Scrum Masters and managers to help them overcome their difficulties or implement new practices
- Ensure the development of Scrum Masters
- Ensure the administrative management of the Scrum Masters chapter
- Drive the adjustment of teams or the creation of new teams
- Ensure the continuous improvement of Scrum practices within the company
- Perform practice audits
- Give training
- Support practice communities
- Facilitate agile rituals and chapter meetings
- Foster innovation and creativity
- Participate in strategic projects
