Middle School International Baccalaureate (IB-MYP) Math / Science & Design / Robotics Teacher & Curriculum Developer

La Scuola International School seeks an experienced Middle School Math / Science & Design / Robotics teacher for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will be a lifelong learner with an innovative mindset, and strong interdisciplinary skills across mathematics, science, engineering, robotics, and digital design.

Requirements

• Masters Degree or higher in Mathematics or closely related field and California Teaching Credential
• Five years teaching or relevant experience in Math and Science, with an emphasis in technology and/or engineering
• Experience in inquiry-based teaching, program development and assessment within the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP)
• Background in program development, assessment, and curriculum design
• Experience in international schools or multicultural environments
• Strong technology skills and experience integrating digital tools into instruction
• Experience using data to improve student learning outcomes
• Commitment to contributing to school life beyond the classroom, including extracurricular activities and trips
• Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish
• Creative, energetic and collaborative approach to teaching
