Accountant

La Senza is seeking an Accountant to assist with financial analysis, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as contribute to special projects and department goals.

Requirements

• Prepare journal entries
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Perform financial analysis and generate conclusions and recommendations
• Ensure compliance to GAAP and company departmental standards and controls
• Comply with legal and ethical standards
• Follow up on all outstanding issues on a timely basis
• Maintain excellent customer service with internal and external partners
• Assist with special projects and department goals
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity /weakness and recommend solutions
