Co-Manager/Assistant Manager

The Co-Manager will assist the Store Manager in leading the operational execution of the store, creating a positive customer experience, and driving profitable sales growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of retail supervisory or Management experience, clothing preferred
• Ability to foster an environment of exceptional customer service and optimize the Company selling model
• Ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
