We are seeking an innovative leader to join our team as an Interior Designer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting our In-Home Design program, providing coaching and training to sales teams, and ensuring operational excellence. If you have a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in sales or interior design, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program
- Conduct in-home consultations
- Partner with Store and Sales Managers to provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams
- Create design concepts and digital presentation
- Translate client's lifestyle, taste, and budget into actionable design recommendations
- Ensure proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures
