Requirements

• Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand client's unique needs, preferences, and vision for their space
• Partner with Store and Sales Managers to provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams
• Create design concepts and digital presentation with finish selections, furnishings, and decor
