Job Description
Join La-Z-Boy Incorporated as an Interior Designer and be responsible for the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and personalized client solutions. This role requires translating client needs into actionable design concepts, conducting insightful in-home consultations, and fortifying sales teams with design expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years in sales or interior design, with a residential emphasis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, computer-aided design programs, financial understanding, adept interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service
