Job Description
La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks a Real Estate Manager to oversee and manage the real estate portfolio of existing retail stores, distribution facilities, offices, and plants. The successful candidate will interact with brokerage teams, source and evaluate alternatives for new growth opportunities, and assist with market research management and evaluation for new and potential relocation store decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience including 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience or equivalent
- Travel Required: 40%
- Strong understanding of current retail real estate environment in the United States, knowledge of market research and experience in real estate negotiations
