La-Z-Boy Incorporated is looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join their dynamic team. The role involves creating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and developing long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous selling experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to close sales.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, build rapport, and positively influence
