Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Store Manager. This role is responsible for leading a team, managing operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, retail management, and customer service, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques, strategies, and overall performance.
• Lead and supervise the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, selection, training, and development, and succession planning.
• Enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive workplace culture and build effective teams.
• Achieve or surpass store and annual operating benchmarks.
• Model the highest standards for surpassing customer expectations, and sustain store profitability by maintaining profit and loss statements, financial metrics, and margins.
