Job Description
La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a team and drive sales, operations, and customer experience in one of our locations in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Jensen Beach, FL, or Vero Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of sales retail experience, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and strategies
- Lead and supervise the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, training, and development
- Enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive workplace culture
- Achieve or surpass store and annual operating benchmarks
- Model the highest standards for customer service and product knowledge
- Sustain store profitability by maintaining profit and loss statements and financial metrics
