Job Description
La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Supervisor-Maintenance to coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work in their manufacturing facilities. The role will oversee a team of hourly technicians and tradespeople to execute work plans of preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance of the site's building equipment and grounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities/Maintenance, Engineering, or Business with 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong understanding of building and grounds systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, blueprints, financial reports, and legal documents
