Be part of the team responsible for advancing La-Z-Boy's Retail-First strategy by aligning brand, marketing, and retail execution across the company's channel ecosystem. This role plays a key role in driving growth across La-Z-Boy's wholesale partner network, an important extension of the brand that expands La-Z-Boy's reach across retail markets in North America.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 1–3 years of leadership or cross-functional project management experience
- Experience in retail marketing, channel marketing, advertising, or wholesale partner marketing environments
- Understanding of wholesale and partner retail business models
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, marketing, operations, and external partners
- Experience working within the creative development and production process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Self-motivated, curious, and results-oriented
