LA28 is seeking a Head of Workforce Integration Strategy to support the delivery of an integrated workforce experience for paid staff, volunteers, and contractors. The incumbent will maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, develop workforce policies, and manage contractor experiences.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in labor relations
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role
- Strong experience navigating collective bargaining agreements and resolving disputes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of federal and state labor laws
- Proven experience managing complex labor relations matters in a unionized environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience providing subject matter expertise in a cross-functional setting
Benefits
- Annual base salary range $126,000 - $180,000
