Manager, Schedule

LA28 is a non-profit organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Manager, Schedule role will prepare and manage venue-based scheduling for the Venues and Infrastructure team. The role requires deep collaboration across functional areas and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a project scheduler
• Experience with infrastructure projects and/or sport and events delivery
• Expert knowledge of project scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms (e.g. Smartsheet, SharePoint)
• Physical ability to work in an office setting and potentially at construction sites

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $88,000.00 - $115,000.00
