Job Description
The Logistics Solutions Specialist II is responsible for managing logistics strategies, documentation, and compliance for clinical trial projects of increasing complexity. This role supports study setup, maintenance, and execution, ensuring accurate logistics documentation and global compliance.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Setup Managers, Strategic Client Managers and Project Managers to ensure that all logistics needs for assigned projects / programs are clearly defined and documented.
- Manage 20-40 studies at a time, which are classified as complex with a high level of importance.
- Provide immediate response to Project Management on logistics queries and concerns.
- Develop logistics and customs compliance strategies and processes for assigned projects / programs.
- Develop and execute processes for drafting and managing pro-forma and shipment-specific invoices across all partners, vendors and regions.
- Assume all responsibilities of other roles in the Logistics Team when required in support of assigned projects / programs.
